The rules for using MachReach, subscriptions, AI study tools, rankings, and account security.

By creating an account or using MachReach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MachReach provides student study tools including Canvas extension course import, manually added courses, focus timers, study-time tracking, AI-generated flashcards and practice quizzes, grade tracking, XP, streaks, leaderboards, friends, coins and an in-app shop, course analytics, a referral program, and an optional Focus Guard browser extension. Some features require a paid Plus plan.
You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic-integrity policies. MachReach is a study aid; using it to plagiarize, cheat, or violate honor codes is prohibited.
Plus is a recurring subscription processed through Lemon Squeezy. Checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and payment terms before purchase. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew for the same interval until cancelled.
You may cancel from MachReach plan controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the already-paid period and then returns to the free tier. If payment fails, paid access may be restricted while Lemon Squeezy retries or updates the subscription, and restored after successful payment recovery.
Deleting an account with an active subscription first triggers provider cancellation. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, MachReach keeps the account intact so the request can be retried without orphaning a recurring charge.
Coin packs are one-time digital purchases. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for money. Provider event identifiers are recorded to prevent a duplicate or replayed webhook from crediting an order twice.
Refund requests can be sent to support@machreach.com with the purchase email and order identifier. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, cancellation, warranty, or right of withdrawal that cannot lawfully be waived. Chilean consumers retain applicable rights under Law 19.496 and electronic-commerce rules.
A full refund of a Plus subscription payment ends paid access when the refund is confirmed by Lemon Squeezy. A partial subscription refund does not change access unless support tells you otherwise as part of the agreed resolution. A refunded coin pack is reversed in proportion to the cumulative refund. If those coins were already spent, future coin earnings first settle the resulting coin balance adjustment; your spendable coin balance will not become negative.
AI-generated quizzes, flashcards, or other study content are provided as suggestions and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it academically.
XP, coins, streaks, badges, and leaderboard ranks are part of the game layer and have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold between accounts, and can be redeemed only inside MachReach. Referral rewards (such as free Plus time) are granted for genuine sign-ups only. We may withhold, reverse, or reset rewards, ranks, or referral credit for suspected cheating or abuse.
MachReach is a study aid and does not guarantee academic results or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MachReach is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on generated content or outages outside its reasonable control. This does not limit liability or remedies that cannot be limited under consumer law.
These Terms are governed by Chilean law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where required, additional notice.
