Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MachReach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MachReach provides student study tools including Canvas LMS course sync, focus timers, study-time tracking, flashcards, practice quizzes, grade tracking, XP, streaks, leaderboards, study groups, coins, course analytics, and an optional Focus Guard browser extension.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• If you connect Canvas, you must use your own Canvas account and the MachReach browser extension
• You must not share your account with others
• You must be at least 16 years old to use MachReach
• You must not attempt to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in the service

4. Academic Integrity

You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic-integrity policies. MachReach is a study aid; using it to plagiarize, cheat, or violate honor codes is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid student plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case by case.

6. AI Features

AI-generated quizzes, flashcards, or other study content are provided as suggestions and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it academically.

7. Leaderboards and Coins

Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and can be redeemed only inside MachReach. We may withhold or reverse rewards for suspected abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

MachReach is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss beyond our control, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
