By creating an account or using MachReach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MachReach is an email outreach platform that allows you to create and manage email campaigns, sync your inbox, track engagement, and use AI-assisted features. The service connects to your email accounts via IMAP/SMTP using credentials you provide.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MachReach
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MachReach to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam laws
- Send emails containing malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Scrape or harvest email addresses without consent
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse shared infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Email Sending & Compliance
You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through MachReach and for complying with all applicable email regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, etc.). This includes:
- Including a valid physical address in commercial emails
- Providing a clear unsubscribe mechanism
- Honoring opt-out requests promptly
- Having proper consent or legitimate interest for contacting recipients
6. Subscriptions & Billing
- Free plans are available with limited features
- Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
7. AI Features
MachReach uses AI (powered by OpenAI) for email classification, reply generation, and other features. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending.
8. Limitation of Liability
MachReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Email deliverability issues (bounces, spam filtering, etc.)
- Consequences of emails sent through the platform
- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MachReach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
